Description | Female head only; very fragmentary; has pick marks; very similar to MS 1820 type, but not identical. Part of lower edge preserved. Face, in high relief, preserved except for large chip from proper left jaw. Otherwise broken all around. Back concave, plain. Diadem with indistinct design in low relief. Hair parted in the middle, waved back from forehead and falling in locks beside cheeks. Rather heavy, tight fitting necklace, rope design. Face frontal. |
